江苏金桥制盐有限公司是连云港市工业投资集团旗下全资子公司。拥有“古淮”、“猴王”和“金淮”三个注册商标。2008年投资1.2亿元兴建新厂，总占地面积150亩，设计年生产能力30万吨，现正常年产销食盐20余万吨，销售收入1.7亿元左右，资产总额2.14亿元，注册资本7000万元。公司依托淮盐主产区的资源优势，主要生产设备全部采用国外进口，引进台塑集团的E化管理，正逐步走上一条产品结构多元化、精品化、差异化的发展之路。主导产品加碘精制盐、颗粒盐、雪花盐、低钠盐等全部选用荣获国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目--晒盐技艺生产的优质海盐作为原料，不仅含有钙、镁、钾、铜、铁等多种对身体有益的微量元素，而且不添加任何抗结剂。以滩晒原盐为原料生产出的腌制盐、泡菜盐、自然晶盐等颗粒状产品，满足了消费者的不同需求。

雪花盐是公司在国内最早生产的新一代高端食盐，它采用优质海盐化卤，高温结晶再制，具有纯净、疏松、低钠、味鲜的特点。目前，公司9大类30多个食盐品种不仅供应江苏省内市场，还遍布浙江、上海、广东、福建、云南、河南、安徽、山东等全国20多个省市地区，并且远销韩国、日本等国家和地区。

Jiangsu Jinqiao Salt Making Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lianyungang industrial investment group. It has three registered trademarks: "ancient Huai", "Monkey King" and "Jin Huai". In 2008, it invested 120 million yuan to build a new factory, covering 150 mu of land, with an annual design capacity of 300,000 tons. Now it has a normal annual production and sales of over 200,000 tons of salt, with sales revenue of about 170 million yuan, total assets of 214 million yuan and registered capital of 70 million yuan. Relying on the resource advantage of Huaiyan main producing area, the company imported all the main production equipment from abroad and introduced E-management of Taipei Plastic Group. It is gradually embarking on a diversified product structure, high-quality and differential development road. The main products are iodized refined salt, granular salt, snowflake salt, low-sodium salt and so on. All of the high-quality sea salt, which has been awarded the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative project, is used as raw material. It not only contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, iron and other trace elements beneficial to the body, but also does not add any anti-caking agent. Pickled salt, pickled vegetable salt, natural crystal salt and other granular products produced from raw beach salt meet the different needs of consumers.

Snow salt is the earliest new generation of high-end edible salt produced in China, it uses high-quality sea salt brine, high-temperature crystallization, with pure, loose, low sodium, delicious characteristics. At present, the company's 9 categories of more than 30 varieties of salt not only supply the market in Jiangsu Province, but also throughout Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, Fujian, Yunnan, Henan, Anhui, Shandong and other 20 provinces and cities in China, and exported to South Korea, Japan and other countries and regions.
